Excellent and welcoming staff, everything perfectly clean.

Modern hotel in an amazing and ideal place. The rooms with a very comfy bed, coffee/tea making plus put a laptop. 5 minutes walk to a bus stop.

Comfortable bedroom. Got very comfy bed and welcoming services. Excellent, unbeatable location in Keswick, just off the city centre and the lake, Keswick or the Lakes, and the bars.

Central location close to town center. The breakfast with my favourite vegetarian options.

Hotel was well-maintained and pleasant, liked our stay.

The venue was perfectly clean and the staff were excellent and affable. We had sensational and lovely breakfasts with my favourite vegetarian options. The hotel was set in a central area really close to the Lake District,

I had a double room and it was spotless with a very comfy bed.

Breakfast was savoury and gorgeous, we did not want to leave!

The hotel was in a central location hard to park in the area. And we were next to the bars, pubs, restaurants and the highstreet, and the local areas and places to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed the place and its tasty breakfast.

The first 4 star hotel where everything was excellent and perfectly clean. The location for Keswick was great and stunning, not far from the mountains, restaurants and bars and pubs, restaurants 

The staff were helpful and very attentive and helped with free parking. This well-maintained hotel was in central location to his adventures in the Himalayas. I had a really nice experience and would happily return.  

The location was comfortable, for example, Derwent Pencil Museum was relatively near the hotel.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. Many things to mention - everything was reasonably clean, excellent food, magnificent views. The room was compact and airy, included luxurious bathroom.

The setting was quite magnificent within easy reach of The Puzzling Place.

The location of the hotel was fab and amazing - just a pleasant stroll away from Derwent Pencil Museum. Moreover, it was close enough to the many restaurants as well as bars. Overall it was compact and airy in their garden.

The staff and the host were all helpful and very attentive. Comforts of king room with a great bathroom were fabulous.
